Five Island Harbour

Five Island Harbour is a large indentation in the west coast of the island of Antigua. It is located at {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:17|6|N|61|54|W||| | |name= }}, some five kilometres southwest of the capital, St. John's.

Shekerley Mountains

The Shekerley Mountains are a range of hills in southwest Antigua, that comprise all of the highest points on the island. The range stretches for 15 km along the south coast of the island from near Johnsons Point in the west to Falmouth in the east. The most prominent peaks in the range include Mount Obama (formerly Boggy Peak), Signal Hill, Sage Hill and Monks Hill.

Fort James, Antigua and Barbuda

Fort James is a fort at the entrance to the harbour of St. John's, Antigua and Barbuda. The fort was built in 1706 to guard St. John's harbour and is one of the many forts built by the British in the 18th century. Fear of French invasion prompted the construction. It is located on a headland overlooking the town northwesterly. A powder magazine, several cannons and the foundation of the fort's wall remain. The main attraction today is the excellent view of the surrounding harbor.
