Murraylink

Murraylink is an Australian high voltage direct current electricity transmission link between Berri in South Australia and Red Cliffs in Victoria, connecting the two state electricity grids. The Murraylink consists of two 180-kilometre long bipolar HVDC cables, which for environmental protection reasons are underground, with an operating voltage of 150 kV and a transmission capacity of 220 megawatts.

Red Cliffs Secondary College

Red Cliffs Secondary College is a state-run co-educational high school located in Red Cliffs, Victoria, Australia. The college is the only Victorian state government run school in Sunraysia that offers a continuous education from year 7 through to year 12. There are currently 670 approx. students enrolled (as of 25 April 2011) and 75 staff. The School has the motto of "Resilient Compassionate Successful Citizens", with the initials of these words RCSC matching the initials of the school's name.

Red Cliffs, Victoria

Red Cliffs is a town in Victoria, Australia in the Sunraysia region. It is located on the Calder Highway, 16 km south of Mildura and 544 km north-west of Melbourne. At the 2006 census, Red Cliffs had a population of 4596. The main industry is the growing of citrus fruits and grapes. Red Cliffs takes its name from the 70 m cliffs 4.5 km east of the town that have an apparent red/orange colour.

Red Cliffs railway station

Red Cliffs is a closed railway station in the town Red Cliffs on the Mildura railway line in Victoria, Australia. Red Cliffs station was established as a passenger station in 1920, a loop siding also being provided at this time. In 1922 a railmotor service commenced between Mildura station and Red Cliffs, with a railmotor turntable provided by this time. The service ended in 1928.

Irymple, Victoria

Irymple is a town in the state of Victoria in Australia. Located in the region of Sunraysia in the far North-West Victoria, Irymple is 6 km south of Mildura and 550 km northwest of Melbourne. At the 2006 census, Irymple and the surrounding area had a population of 5,740. The township was established soon after Mildura, the Post Office opening on 17 February 1892. Irymple is most known for IPC (Irymple Packing Co. ) sultanas.
