Caetés (Caaetes) is a Brazilian town located within the state of Pernambuco, in northeastern Brazil. The city belongs to the mesoregion of Agreste Pernambucano and microregion of Garanhuns. It is the birthplace of former president of Brazil Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva.
