Nkam River

The Nkam River rises in the Western High Plateau in the West Region of Cameroon, and joins the Makombé River to become the Wouri River. It is known to tourists for the spectacular Chutes d'Ekom, an 80 metres high waterfall about 30 kilometres from Bafang. To the south of the town of Dschang, the Santchou Faunal Reserve lies to the east of the river.

Mount Manengouba

Mount Manengouba (also spelled Manenguba or Mwanenguba) is a volcano in the Southwest Province of Cameroon. The Manenguba shrew and endemic vegetal species are native to the mountain. Santchou

Santchou is a town and commune in Cameroon. It is located in the Menoua division of the West region of Cameroon. It is home predominantly to the Mbo people; this is reflected in the name. Santchou in the local dialect is pronounced San-nzoh, meaning, father (San) of elephants(nzoh). It is located on a plain and it is part of the region known as the Plain des Mbo. It is boarded to the north by mount manengouba to the south by the cliff of Dschang and to the east by Bafang.
