Bonnyville (provincial electoral district)

Bonnyville was a provincial electoral district in north east Alberta, Canada. It elected members to the Legislative Assembly of Alberta from its creation in 1952 until 1997 when the riding was renamed Bonnyville-Cold Lake, to more accurately reflect the two largest population centres in the constituency. It was created in 1952 from the northern part of the St. Paul electoral district.

Jessie Lake

Jessie Lake is a kettle lake in east-northern Alberta, Canada. The northern shore of Jessie Lake borders the town of Bonnyville and extends almost five kilometres from east to west. On the west side it is intersected by a tertiary highway running south to the community of Kehewin. To the east it is intersected by a causeway and small bridge comprising part of the eight kilometre hard surface trail which circumnavigates the lake.
