Harry's Harbour, Newfoundland and Labrador

Harry's Harbour is a village located southwest of Baie Verte, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. The Way office was established in 1889. The first Waymaster was Robert Howard. It had a population of 199 in 1940 and 192 in 1956. Harry's Harbour boasts a beautiful bay and an underground fishing industry. Freake is a popular last name for the area. Harry’s Harbour was not in the General Census of Newfoundland for the years 1836, 1845 or 1857.
