Bull Arm

Bull Arm is a natural arm of approximately 10 miles in length and average of 1 mile wide located at the Isthmus of Avalon on the Avalon Peninsula in the Canadian province of Newfoundland and Labrador. The inner reaches of the arm is located at Sunnyside, and from there it is a mere 2.72 miles to Placentia Bay at Come by Chance. Located at Bull Arm is the Bull Arm Fabrication Site, where the construction of the Hibernia gravity base structure took place at Bull Arm.

Come By Chance is a town on the Avalon Peninsula in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. It is in Division No. 1 on Placentia Bay. Located in this town is Newfoundland's only oil refinery, the Come By Chance Refinery operated by North Atlantic Refining Company, which has a capacity of 115,000 barrels per day . Arnold's Cove Station

Arnold's Cove Station is a tiny Canadian rural community located on Newfoundland's Avalon Peninsula in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador It is situated approximately two kilometers from the town of Arnold's Cove, from which it derived its name. The community was established in the 1890s when Robert Gillespie Reid's Newfoundland Railway was constructed through the area, bypassing Arnold's Cove proper.

Goobies, Newfoundland and Labrador

Goobies is a village located northeast of Swift Current. It had a population of 98 in 1956, however its population has grown to 194 according to 2007 census estimate. Its main feature is a large statue of a moose just outside the main part of the village. It is mostly known as a rest stop along the Trans-Canada Highway, with a gas station, and places to eat.
