The Mimico Correctional Centre is a provincial medium-security correctional facility for adult male inmates serving a sentence of 2-years-less-a-day or less in Ontario, Canada. Its history can be traced back to 1887. The Mimico Correctional Centre is one of several facilities operated by the Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services (Ontario) and is located at 160 Horner Avenue in the district of Etobicoke which is now a part of Toronto, Canada.

Bombardier Transportation currently has a 5 year contract with 2 options of 5 years each to maintain the trains.

Mimico GO Station
Mimico GO Station is a railway station in the GO Transit network located in the Mimico neighbourhood of Toronto, Ontario in Canada. It is a stop on the Lakeshore West line train service. The small station building is situated north of the tracks on the east side of Royal York Road. This building is connected by a tunnel under the tracks and stairs to the platforms, which are therefore not wheelchair accessible.

The Lakeshore Lions Arena (Lakeshore Lions Memorial Centre) is a hockey facility run in Toronto's Long Branch neighbourhood in Etobicoke by the Lakeshore Lions Club. It is the former practice facility for the Toronto Maple Leafs NHL hockey team, and the Toronto Marlies AHL "farm" team. The old area was a two storey rink built in 1951 at 300 Birmingham Street and is home to Humber College Arts and Media Studio.
