Taicang

Taicang is a coastal city in Jiangsu Province, China. It is approximately 60 kilometres to the northwest of Shanghai, and 60 kilometres to the east of Suzhou. It is a county level city under jurisdiction of Suzhou prefecture level city. In 2008, the registered population was at 466,300, and total GDP reached RMB 52.8 billion (US$7.6 billion). The GDP per capita reached RMB 79,449 (US$11,439).

Meilan Lake Station

Meilan Lake is the name of a station on Shanghai Metro Line 7. This station is the northern terminus of Line 7, and was opened on December 28, 2010. It is part of the second phase of Line 7. The station is located in the town of Luodian, in Shanghai's Baoshan District.

Chinese Grand Prix

The Chinese Grand Prix is a round of the Formula One World Championship. It is currently held at the Shanghai International Circuit, Shanghai, designed by Hermann Tilke. When completed in 2004, it was the most expensive Formula One circuit facility, costing $240 million. The track is 5.451 km long and features one of the trickiest corners combinations on the Formula One calendar, comparable to that of Istanbul Park's turn 8, also designed by Tilke.
