Harlev is a suburb of Aarhus in Denmark. It has a population of 3,563 (1 January 2011). The suburb is located at the Danish national road 15, about 13 kilometres west of central Aarhus.

Galten, Denmark

Galten is a former railway town in central Denmark, at the Aarhus-Hammel-Thorsø railroad which was closed in 1956. The town is located in Skanderborg Municipality, Region Midtjylland, Jutland – about 17 km (a little more than 10 mi) – west of Aarhus and is now more or less a satellite town of Aarhus. Today, Galten has almost fused with the neighbouring eastern town of Skovby into an urban area with a population of 7,874 (1 January 2011).

Galten Municipality

Until January 1, 2007, Galten municipality was a municipality in Aarhus County in the eastern part of the Jutland peninsula in central Denmark. The municipality covered an area of 72,73 km², and had a total population of 11.086 (2005). Its last mayor was Jens Grønlund, a member of the Venstre (Liberal Party) political party. The site of its municipal council was the town of Galten.

Admiral Danish Fleet

Admiral Danish Fleet (ADMDANFLT) is two things: The English name of Søværnets Operative Kommando (usually shortened to SOK, translates directly to The Danish Navy Operative Command), the operationally supreme organisation of the Danish navy. ADMDANFLT as a person is a kontreadmiral who is the chief of naval operations in Denmark, and as such the chief of the organisation named Admiral Danish Fleet. The organisation is located just outside Århus.

Veng Abbey

Veng Abbey was one of Denmark's earliest Benedictine monasteries and was located in the village of Veng near Skanderborg, Region of Southern Denmark. The former abbey church, still in use as a parish church, is the oldest remaining in the country.
