Fyrkat
Fyrkat might be the oldest of Denmark's former Viking ring castles. It is located near the town of Hobro some distance from the end of the Mariager Fjord in North Jutland. It is built on a narrow piece of land with a river on one side and swampy area on the others. It could have controlled the traffic on the main land route between Alborg and Aarhus.

Hobro is the seat of Mariagerfjord municipality in Region Nordjylland on the Jutland peninsula. World Map at Lake Klejtrup
The World Map at Lake Klejtrup (Danish: Verdenskortet ved Klejtrup Sø) is a miniature world map built of stones and grass in Klejtrup Sø near the village of Klejtrup, Viborg Municipality, Denmark. In 1943, Søren Poulsen, the creator of the World Map, was working on the drainage of the surrounding meadows. He found a stone shaped like Jutland, which inspired him to create a small world of his own.

Nørager is a town with a population of 1,062 (1 January 2012) and a former municipality in Rebild municipality in Region Nordjylland on the Jutland peninsula in northern Denmark. Its last mayor was Poul Larsen, a member of the Conservative People's Party (Det Konservative Folkeparti) political party.
