Skælskør

Skælskør is a town in Slagelse municipality on the Danish island of Zealand. The town has a population of 6,385 (1 January 2012). Administratively, the town is in Region Zealand (Region Sjælland) and is home to one of Denmark's largest breweries, the Harboe Brewery. Historically a harbour for traffic between Zealand and Funen. Korsør became the preferred port when the harbour there was ordered settled.

Glænø

Glænø is a small Danish island off the west coast of Zealand between Basnæs Nor and Karrebæksminde Bugt. With an area of 5.6 km, as of 1 January 2010 it has a population of 57. Now part of Slagelse Municipality, it is connected to Stubberup, Zealand, by road over a dam some 100 meters long. Agriculture is the island's main source of income and there are several farms at the centre of the island. Glænø has a sandy beach, a bird sanctuary and offers opportunities for walking and angling.

Church of Our Lady, Kalundborg

The Church of Our Lady is a historical building in Kalundborg, northwestern Zealand, Denmark. The precise date of construction is not known with any certainty, though its architecture indicates the early part of the 13th century. With its five distinctive towers, it stands on a hill above the harbour, making it the town's most imposing landmark.

Hashøj Municipality

Until January 1, 2007 Hashøj municipality was a municipality in West Zealand County near the west coast of the island of Zealand (Sjælland) in Denmark. The municipality covered an area of 131 km², and had a total population of 6,632 (2005). Its last mayor was Troels Christensen, a member of the Venstre (Liberal Party) political party. The main town and the site of its municipal council was the town of Dalmose. The municipality was named after the hill Hashøjen near the town of Slots Bjergby.
