Kohmo is a district in the Itäharju-Varissuo ward of the city of Turku, in Finland. It is located to the northeast of the city, and is a small, reasonably new residential suburb. Varissuo
Varissuo is a district and the largest suburb of the city of Turku, in Finland. It is located seven kilometres to the east of the city centre, and is the easternmost major suburb of Turku, bordering on the neighbouring city of Kaarina. Varissuo has 9,000 inhabitants, about 32 per cent of whom are foreign immigrants. It is thus the second largest district of Turku, after Runosmäki. The name consists of the words varis meaning crow and suo meaning marsh.

Turun normaalikoulu (or Norssi for short) is a school in Varissuo, an eastern suburb of Turku, Finland. It provides education from primary school (age 7) to upper secondary school (age 19). The school is authorized by the International Baccalaureate to teach in both the Middle Years Programme and the Diploma Programme. Founded in 1892, the school is one of the oldest and most prestigious in Turku.

Halinen is a district and a suburb of the city of Turku, Finland. It is located in the north-eastern part of the city, bordering the Littoinen district in Kaarina. It is rather densely populated, having a population of 3,501, with an annual growth rate of 0.34%. 23.11% of the district's population are under 15 years old, while only 3.43% are over 65, making the district one of the youngest in Turku. Littoinen
Littoinen is a village in south-western Finland, centred around Lake Littoinen. The village is shared between the town of Kaarina and the municipality of Lieto, and it borders the regional centre of Turku. It started growing after the founding of a broadcloth factory by Lake Littoinen in 1739, and the railway connection built in 1899 increased its growth.
