Mont Aigoual

Mont Aigoual (Occitan: Mont Augal, elevation 1567m / 5141 ft) is the highest point of the Gard département, France. It is part of the Massif Central, and it is located within the Cévennes National Park. Its southern slopes are the source of the river Hérault flowing into the Mediterranean. When the sky is clear, it is possible to see the Mediterranean Sea, the Pyrenees, and also the Alps and Mont Blanc in particular.

Aven Armand

Aven Armand is a cave located in the Cévennes National Park, in the Lozère département, between Meyrueis and Sainte-Enimie. Discovered in 1897 and open to the public since 1927, it is one of the most visited places in that area. Château de Florac

The Château de Florac is a castle, originally built in the 13th century and rebuilt in the 17th century, located in the French town of Florac, in Lozère, in south-central France. It originally belonged to the Barony of Anduze and passed through a number of feudal families. It was entirely rebuilt in 1652 after the Wars of Religion. During the French Revolution, the castle was turned into a "salt loft" for storing salt. It was used as a prison in the 19th century.
