Zoo d'Amnéville

Gander (Moselle)

The Gander (also called Altbach in France) is a river which flows in Luxembourg and in the French département Moselle, tributary of the Moselle River (left side). Its source is in the commune of Frisange, southern Luxembourg. It flows generally southeast, and from Altwies until Emerange it forms the French-Luxembourgish border. From Emerange until its outflow into the Moselle at Haute-Kontz, it flows through France. The largest town on the Gander is Mondorf-les-Bains.

Seille (Moselle)

The Seille is a river in the French région of Lorraine, right tributary of the Moselle River. It is also known as the Seille lorraine or the Grande Seille ("large Seille"), to distinguish it from another Seille, a small tributary of the Saône. It originates near Azoudange, in the département of Moselle. Leaving the Lindre lake, it skirts the town of Dieuze, and traverses Vic-sur-Seille and Nomeny, before flowing into the Moselle at Metz. It is 135 km long, and has a basin area of 1348 km².
