Palais des Sports de Beaulieu is an indoor sporting arena located in Nantes, France. Built in 1973, the seating capacity of the arena is for 5,500 people. It is currently home to the Hermine Nantes Atlantique basketball team. The arena hosted the 1974 European champions cup final in basketball in which Real Madrid defeated Ignis Varese 84-82, the 1983 European basketball championship finals and the 1992 European Cup final in which Real Madrid CF defeated PAOK Thessaloniki.

Erdre

The Erdre is a river in western France, right tributary to the river Loire. Its source is in the Maine-et-Loire département, near La Pouëze. It flows through the départements Maine-et-Loire and Loire-Atlantique. It flows into the river Loire in the city Nantes. Other towns on the Erdre, going downstream, are Candé, Riaillé, Nort-sur-Erdre and Sucé-sur-Erdre. The Erdre is unusual in that it widens out as one travels up-river.

Stade Marcel Saupin

The Stade Marcel-Saupin is a sports complex in the city of Nantes, France. It was opened in 1937 under the name Stade Malakoff, and was used primarily by the rugby union Stade nantais université club, then became the stadium of FC Nantes after World War II until the club moved to the Stade de la Beaujoire in 1984.

La Folle Journée

La Folle Journée is a French annual classical music festival held in Nantes. It is the largest classical music festival in France. The festival's name refers to the Pierre Beaumarchais play The Marriage of Figaro, whose alternative title is La Folle Journée ("The Follies of a Day"). René Martin founded the La Folle Journée festival in 1995, with the intention of presenting short classical music concerts for diverse audience, on one day.
