The Battle of Rocheserviere was fought at Rocheservièreon the 20 June 1815, between Vendéen Royalists, who had remained loyal to King Louis XVIII and the Army of the West, commanded by General Jean Maximilien Lamarque. Église Notre Dame (Clisson)
Église Notre Dame is a church in the French town of Clisson. Founded by Olivier V Clisson, this church would date from the 14th-15th century. Burned and looted during the Wars of Vendée, the church was restored under the Empire (early 19th century). The church was completely demolished and rebuilt in 1887-88, by Nantais architect René Ménard.
