Col du Télégraphe
Col du Télégraphe is a mountain pass in the French Alps situated above the Maurienne valley between the eastern end of the massif d'Arvan-Villards and the massif des Cerces. The pass links Saint-Michel-de-Maurienne to the north and Valloire to the south, as well as forming an access point to the col du Galibier via its north face. The route is often used during the ascent to Col du Galibier in the Tour de France, and is thus popular with cyclists.

Le Corbier
Le Corbier is a ski resort located in the Les Sybelles region of the French Alps, it is the fourth largest ski area in France with 310 km linked by lifts and pistes. The longest run is 2.9 km. It has a mixture of all the coloured slopes (green, blue, red and black) and is 1550 metres above sea-level. There are 26 chair lifts in Le Corbier and 50 drag lifts, the highest lift is at 2600 m.

Valmeinier
Valmeinier is a commune in the Savoie department in the Rhône-Alpes region in south-eastern France. Valmeinier, located at the foot of the Mont Thabor, 3207 meters, is a medium size ski resort (about 10,000 beds). The first ski lift was built in 1973, at L'Arméra, connecting to the Valloire ski area. The village at 1,500 m started to develop with the arrival of various holiday villages (Renouveau and LVT Chemins).

Les Menuires is a ski resort in the Belleville valley of Les Trois Vallées between Saint-Martin-de-Belleville and Val Thorens. Owned and operated by Compagnie des Alpes, It is in the Savoie département of France. The resort has 48 restaurants, 39 ski lifts and 62 trails. The resort has advanced ski slopes and beginner slopes. The resort also hosted the men's slalom alpine skiing event at the 1992 Winter Olympics.
