Théâtre des Cérémonies
Théâtre des Cérémonies was a temporary stadium in Albertville, France. Built to only host the opening and closing ceremonies for the 1992 Winter Olympics, the circular shape stadium was immediately disassembled following the games. The stadium held 35,000 and was built in 1992 like a circus. Part of the stadium was shipped to Barcelona and used during the 1992 Summer Olympics. During its existence, it was the largest such temporary structure ever built.

La halle de glace Olympique (French: Olympic Ice Hall) is an indoor arena located in Albertville, France. For the 1992 Winter Olympics, it hosted the figure skating and the short track speed skating events. The site was constructed on ten internal pillars. Its ice was laid down on 14 cm foundation, then 7 cm of insulation, 7 cm of screed, and finally, 4 cm of ice. The ice temperature was kept between -4 to -7 °C (25 to 19 °F) depending upon the sporting discipline.
