Neochorouda

Neochorouda is a village in the Oraiokastro municipality, Thessaloniki regional unit, northern Greece. It was formerly known as Tria Hania (Greek: Τρία Χάνια, Turkish: Üç Hanlar, both mean "three inns"). The village itself was built on the crossroads of the road between Kilkis and Athens and thus saw a lot of traffic, hence the name. It was situated in the swamps near the lake of Giannitsa.

Motorway 25 (Greece)

Motorway 25 is a motorway in Greece. It connects the Greek-Bulgarian border at Promachonas in the north with Nea Moudania on the Chalkidiki peninsula in the south, via the city of Thessaloniki. The section between Efkarpia and Kalamaria is shared with the A16, which serves as the eastern beltway of Thessaloniki (Greek: Εσωτερική Περιφεριακή Οδός, inner ring road). The motorway is partly under construction between the cities of Thessaloniki and Serres.

Greek National Road 65

Greek National Road 65 is a national highway of Greece. It connects the Greek National Road 2 at Diavata, a northwestern suburb of Thessaloniki, with Kilkis. Most of the National-Road has been upgraded to a Motor-Road, connecting Thessaloniki via Kilkis with Doirani, the eastern border of Greece and the Republic of Macedonia. The Road will be constructed as a Motor-Road, the part Nea Santa until Kilkis are ready, the second part after Kilkis will be constructed until 2014.
