Pakala, Chittoor

Not to be confused with Pakala (Prakasam district). Pakala or Pakal is a town and Mandal headquarters in Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh, India. It has lot of villages around it. There is a big pond in this town which known as "pakala Cheruvu". The people in this town speak Telugu language, which is the second most spoken language in India after Hindi. Lord Siva temple on the hill every one celebrates the sivaratri here in a grand way.

National Atmospheric Research Laboratory

The National Atmospheric Research Laboratory [or राष्ट्रीय वायुमण्डलीय अनुसंधान प्रयोगशाला] (NARL) is an autonomous Research Institute funded by the Department of Space of the Government of India. NARL is engaged in fundamental and applied research in the field of Atmospheric Sciences. Nerabailu Village is a village in Yerravaripalem Mandal of Chittoor District.
