Jakhauli is a village in Sonipat district, Haryana state, India. This is situated 5 km from the bisva-meel (20th mile) chowk which is on NH1 and just 12 km from the North-West Delhi-Haryana border which is known as Singhu Border. Recently this village has been awarded a title called Aadarsh Gaun or Model Village under the Model Village Scheme of the State of Haryana, by Chief Minister of Haryana.

Pundri

Pundri is a town and a municipal committee in Kaithal district of the Indian state of Haryana. Pundri along with Pundrak was named after the sage Pundarik, who is highly revered by all Hindus and it is supposed to have been a seat of the Pundir clan of Rajputs before they were evicted by Rana Har Rai in the late 9th - early 10th century. Pundri is the seat of a Tehsil and also a Haryana Vidhan Sabha constituency.

Kaithal district is one of the 21 districts of Haryana, state in northern India. Kaithal town is the district headquarters. The district occupies an area of 2317 km². It has a population of 946,131 (2001 census). This district is part of Ambala Division. This district came into existence on 1 November 1989.
