King George Hall, Kolar Gold Fields

King George Hall is the town hall of the city of Kolar Gold Fields in India. It is situated in the centre of Robertsonpet and was built in honour of the then emperor of India, King George. It is built in the Victorian style with a lawn and garden in front of it.

Doddakalahalli is a village in Bangarpet taluk, Kolar district, Karnataka, India. It is part of the Rajenahalli Gram panchayat. The name of the village is derived from the rocky landscape -"Dodda " meaning bigger kallu meaning stone and "Halli" meaning village. The population of the village is 925. Doddakallahalli is distinguished from ChikkaKallahalli from its more rockier landscape. Dodda means Bigger;Chikka means 'smaller' in Kannada language.
