Treviso Airport

Treviso Airport or Treviso-Sant'Angelo Airport (Italian: Aeroporto di Treviso-Sant'Angelo) is located 1.6 NM west-southwest of Treviso in the Province of Treviso, Italy. Some airlines refer to the airport as Venice Treviso, as it is located approximately 20 km from the city of Venice. In 2007, a new terminal was opened, named "Antonio Canova" after the Italian sculptor.

Sile (river)

The Sile is a 95 km river in northern Italy. Its resurgent springs are near Vedelago and it flows into the Venetian lagoon at the port of Piave Vecchia. It meets its tributary the Botteniga, or Cagnan, at Treviso. Dante’s Cunizza da Romano prophesies the fate of Riccardo da Camino—he was apparently murdered at a game of chess—, locating it at this confluence: e dove Sile e Cagnan s'accompagna, tal signoreggia e va con la testa alta, che già per lui carpir si fa la ragna.

Treviso Centrale railway station

Treviso Centrale railway station (Italian: Stazione di Treviso Centrale) serves the city and comune of Treviso, in the Veneto region, northeastern Italy. Opened in 1851, the station forms part of the Venice–Udine railway, and is also a junction of three branch lines, to Montebelluna, Vicenza and Portogruaro, respectively.

Treviso Cathedral

The Cathedral of Treviso is a church in Treviso, Veneto, northern Italy, dedicated to St. Peter. The church originates from the 6th century AD, in the area where once were a temple, a theatre and, perhaps, some baths. In the 11th-12th centuries the church was remodeled in Romanesque style. In 1768 it was demolished and rebuilt in Neoclassicist style, only the crypt remaining from the previous edifice. The current façade dates from 1836.
