Nuevo México, Jalisco

Nuevo México is the second-largest city in the municipality of Zapopan in the state of Jalisco in Mexico. The city is a suburb lying just northwest of the city of Zapopan, which is the municipal seat of the municipality, about halfway between it and the city of Tesistán. The entire area is part of the Guadalajara metropolitan area. Nuevo México had a population of 42,246 at the census of 2005.

Zapopan, Jalisco

Zapopan is a city and municipality located in the Mexican state of Jalisco, which is part of the Guadalajara Metropolitan Area. It is best known as being the home of the Virgin of Zapopan, an image of the Virgin Mary which was made in the 16th century. This image has been credited with a number of miracles and has been recognized by popes and even visited by Pope John Paul II.

Telmex Auditorium

Auditorio Telmex is an indoor amphitheatre, located in Zapopan, Mexico. It can hold between 2,700 and 11,500 people, depending on the event. Telmex, the largest communications company in Mexico, sponsored the auditorium and is one of the main centerpieces of the University Cultural Center, which is a large cultural project created by the University of Guadalajara. The building was designed by Mexican architect José de Arimatea Moyao and it's located on Parres Arias Av. , in Zapopan.

Estadio Omnilife

Omnilife Stadium, formerly known as Chivas Stadium, is the 4th largest stadium in Mexico. It is part of the J.V.C. complex, and is a multi-use venue that is used mostly for football matches including home matches for Club Deportivo Guadalajara, commonly known as the "Chivas". The stadium has a seating capacity of 49,850. Construction started in February 2004, but due to financial problems and other issues, the stadium's completion was delayed for a number of years.
