Tlalixcoyan (pronounced Tlah-lees-koh-yan) is a municipality in Veracruz, Mexico. Tlalixcoyan is bordered by: Alvarado, Medellín, and Cotaxtla and is on Mexican Federal Highways 180 and 190.
