The Siege of 's-Hertogenbosch was in 1629 an action of the Eighty Years' War in which a Dutch Republican army captured the city of 's-Hertogenbosch which had been loyal to the King of Spain since 1579 and thus part of the Spanish Netherlands.

De Vliert
De Vliert is a multi-use stadium in 's-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home stadium of FC Den Bosch. The original stadium was built in 1951, included an athletics track and had at its heyday a capacity of 30,000, making it one of the largest stadiums in the Netherlands.
