Enyimba International Stadium is a multi-use stadium in Aba, Nigeria. It is currently used mostly for football matches. It serves as a home ground of Enyimba International F.C. The stadium holds 25,000 people. On November 3, 2008 the stadium received an indefinite ban after the home crowd attacked referees after a heated 1-1 tie with rivals Heartland F.C..

Aba, Abia

Aba is a city and a big trading center in Abia State, southern Nigeria, located on the Aba River. Aba was established by the Igbo People of Nigeria as a market town and then later a military post was placed there by the British colonial administration in 1901. The A3 highway is a highway in Nigeria. It runs generally north from Port Harcourt through Aba, Umuahia, Okigwe, Enugu, Ngwo, Makurdi, Lafia, Jos, Bauchi and Potiskum thence east via Damaturu, Maiduguri to the border with Cameroon at Gambaru. The 50-kilometre continuation through Cameroon connects to N'Djamena, the capital of Chad.
