Khambi

Khambi and Kaleechpur is a large village of Sarai Alamgir Tehsil district Gujrat, Pakistan. Mainly Thathal and Chib families live there. Kambhi Kaleechpur or Kambhi Khanpur is bound on two sides by the river Jhelum and Upper Canal Jhelum and on the other two sides by small streams. The population are mainly cultivating landlords (Zameendar) and have a record of military service. Many villagers have migrated to Europe, USA, Dubai which has resulted in an expansion of the village over the years.

Sarai Alamgir

Sarai Alamgir (pop. 175, 288 is the chief town of the tehsil of the same name. It is part of Gujrat district in the north of Punjab province. The town is located on the eastern bank of the Jhelum River across from the larger town of Jhelum. East of the town is the Upper Jhelum Canal.

Military College Jhelum

Military College Jhelum or MCJ, is a military high school, located at Sarai Alamgir but now in, Pakistan. Though it is physically located in Gujrat District, due to its very close proximity it is still associated with the City of Jhelum, and is considered to be in the cantonment limit of Jhelum. The institution feeds the Pakistan Military Academy, Kakul. Military College Jhelum is one of three military colleges in Pakistan, the others being Military College Murree and Military College Sui.

FG Intermediate College, Jhelum

The F.G. Intermediate College Jhelum Cantt is an educational institution in the city of Jhelum, Punjab province, Pakistan. It is located near St. John's Church in Gul Afshan Colony in the Jhelum Cantonment. The college was founded in August 2001 in the building of the FG Public School for Boys through the efforts of Major General Masood Aslam, who was the commander of the 23rd Infantry Division of the Pakistan Army at the time.
