Ataliklikun Bay

Ataliklikun Bay (pronounced "At-lik-lik-kun") is a bay of East New Britain Province, Papua New Guinea, opening into the Bismarck Sea. It is located in the northern part of New Britain, southwest of Lassul Bay and to the west of Cape Lambert and Rabaul. Urara Island is located in the northern part of the bay. The Raulavat plantation lies in the eastern part of its 25 mile shoreline. The villagers along the shore reportedly speak the Minigir language and the Masava dialect of Tolai.

Kerevat Airfield

Kerevat Airfield was an aerodrome located near Kerevat, East New Britain province, Papua New Guinea. Situated on the northern coast, it was 13 miles south west of Rabaul. The airfield was constructed by the Imperial Japanese in World War II during September 1943. Kerevat Airfield was neutralized by Allied Powers' air bombing from 1944 who ran missions on the airfield between June 20, 1943 and May 16, 1944.

Gazelle Peninsula

Gazelle Peninsula is a large peninsula in northeastern New Britain, Papua New Guinea, at {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:4.6|S|152|E||||| | |name= }}. Lassul Bay

Lassul Bay is a bay of East New Britain Province, Papua New Guinea, opening into the Bismarck Sea. It is located in the northwestern part of New Britain, to the west of Ataliklikun Bay on the Gazelle Peninsula. The communities around Lassul Bay are incorporated into the twenty-one wards of the Lassul-Baining Local-Level Government (LLG) including the settlement of Lassul. The land around the shoreline is swampy and the area has a history of plantation cultivation.
