Spotted this moray eel a few feet away from the shore. Any idea what species is this? I found at least 2 on our second snorkel trip to Lhetz Snorkel and Dive Camp. ..

Panay Gulf
Panay Gulf is an extension of the Sulu Sea, reaching between the islands of Panay and Negros in the Philippines.
