Nowon District

Nowon District (Nowon-gu) is a residential district of Seoul, South Korea, Located in the northeastern part of the metropolitan city. It has the highest population density in Seoul, with 619,509 people living in the area of 35.44 km². Nowon District (and Seoul) is bordered by the mountains Suraksan and Bukhansan, on the northeast. These scenic mountains are popular among hikers and offer a welcome respite from the concrete jungle.

Nowon Station

Nowon Station is a station on the Seoul Subway Line 4 and Line 7. The station on Line 4 is elevated whereas the station on Line 7 is underground, owing to the elevated tracks of Line 4 between Danggogae Station and Chang-dong Station.
