Lake Rämen

Rämen is a lake in southern Dalarna circa 25 km southwest of Borlänge. The lake is situated 245 m over the sea level and has an area of 7.8 km². In the 1930s auto racing was held on and around the lake, one of the races was the Swedish Winter Grand Prix.

Ludvika Town Hall

Ludvika Town Hall is the official Municipal Council building for the City of Ludvika in Dalarna County, Sweden. Situated centrally, the town hall is found in the corner of Bangatan and Dan Anderssons gata, opposite Ludvika Ulrica, the church. The town hall was designed in 1934 by architect Cyrillus Johansson,, with construction commencing in 1936. The building was completed in 1938 and remains in use as town hall to this day.

ABB Industrigymnasium

ABB Industrigymnasium is the name of three schools in Västerås, Sala and Ludvika, Sweden, secondary schools with a focus on engineering, information technology and enterprising. The Västerås branch was started in 1994 by the industrial corporation ABB, which were merged in 1987 from the Swiss Brown Boveri Corporation and the Swedish ASEA, which is headquartered in Västerås. The Ludvika school was founded by ABB in 1995.

Ludvika Municipality

Ludvika Municipality (Ludvika kommun) is a municipality in Dalarna County, central Sweden. It has its seat in the town of Ludvika. In 1971 the City of Ludvika (itself instituted as such in 1919) was amalgamated with the adjacent municipalities of Grangärde and Säfsnäs, forming the present entity.
