Chiayi County

Chiayi County is a county in southwestern Taiwan surrounding but not including Chiayi City. Its historical name in Taiwanese Hokkien derives from Tsirosen in the Formosan languages. It is home to one of Taiwan's most outstanding research universities, National Chung Cheng University.

Alishan National Scenic Area

The Alishan National Scenic Area is a mountain resort and natural preserve located in the mountains of Chiayi County in Taiwan, Republic of China. It is 415 km² in area. It includes, among other things, mountain wilderness, four villages, waterfalls, high altitude tea plantations, the Alishan Forest Railway and several hiking trails. The area is popular among tourists and mountain climbers, and Alishan or Mount Ali itself has become one of the major landmarks associated with Taiwan.

Diving Machine G5

Diving Machine G5 is a roller coaster located at Janfusun Fancyworld in Taiwan. The ride was built in 2000 by Swiss manufacturers Bolliger & Mabillard and was the second Dive coaster model to be built, the first being Oblivion at Alton Towers in the United Kingdom. It is located in the Sky Plaza section of the park. Diving Machine G5 is dubbed after the amount of G-forces it creates when it goes through the drop hole. Like Insane Speed, Diving Machine G5 is not themed to anything.

Janfusun Fancyworld

Janfusun Fancyworld (劍湖山世界) is an amusement park located on the island of Taiwan, Republic of China near the city of Douliu. It features a movie theater and costume shops. There is a water park section of Janfusun where you can enjoy a Hawaiian-like stage and many water rides. The park features three roller coasters including Diving Machine G5 and Insane Speed, both built by Swiss manufacturers Bolliger & Mabillard. The park also features live shows including acrobats and a drag queen show.

Insane Speed

Insane Speed is a steel roller coaster at Janfusun Fancyworld in Taiwan. Sometimes known as Crazy Coaster on the park's website, or Floorless Coaster, as the sign in front of the ride's queue announces, the ride in Chinese is known as 衝瘋飛車. Insane Speed has two trains numbered 1 and 2, but the park usually only uses one on off-peak days due to the extremely low amount of riders in the queue.
