National Science Museum (Thailand)

The National Science Museum is a science museum in Thailand. Located in Khlong Luang district, Pathum Thani province, it was officially opened in 2000 to celebrate Queen Sirikit's 60th birthday. The museum is operated under the Ministry of Science and Technology. In addition to typical scientific exhibits, the museum's sixth floor features exhibits on traditional Thai technologies such as pottery, carving, wickerwork, and metallurgy.

Rangsit Canal

Rangsit Prayurasakdi Canal (Thai: คลองรังสิตประยูรศักดิ์, also known as Rangsit Canal or Khlong Rangsit for short) is a canal in the eastern part of the Chao Phraya valley, central Thailand. The name of the canal was given by King Chulalongkorn (Rama V) in honour of his son Rangsit, Prince of Chainat. Khlong Rangsit was the first irrigation project of Siam (Thailand).

Wat Phra Dhammakaya is a Buddhist temple in Khlong Luang District, Pathum Thani Province north of Bangkok, Thailand. It is the centre of the Dhammakaya Movement, a Buddhist sect founded in the 1970s and led by Phra Dhammachayo. The design has been likened to a sports stadium or even a UFO, rather than resembling a traditional Thai temple.

World Dhammakaya Centre

The World Dhammakaya Centre (WDC. ) is a Buddhist parkland and sanctuary. It is located at Pathum Thani Province, Thailand. It is an extension of the temple called Wat Phra Dhammakaya and is arguably synonymous. This extension was started in 1985 by Phrathepyanmahamuni and Khun Yay Mahā Ratana Upāsikā Chandra Khonnokyoong. The centre covers 1000 acres (4 km²).
