Moulsecoomb

Moulsecoomb is a suburb of Brighton, part of the city of Brighton and Hove. It is located on the northeastern side of Brighton, around the A270 Lewes Road, between the areas of Coldean and Bevendean and approximately 2¼ miles (3½ km) north of the seafront. The eastern edges of the built-up area adjoin Falmer Hill, on the South Downs.

Moulsecoomb railway station

Moulsecoomb Railway Station serves Moulsecoomb and Hollingdean, both suburbs of Brighton in East Sussex, England. Train services from the station are provided by Southern, and the station is on the East Coastway Line. The station was opened in May 1980 — the first completely new station on the then Southern Region since the Beeching Axe. It is located adjacent to the Moulsecoomb campus of the University of Brighton.

Wild Park

Wild Park is a public park located in Brighton, East Sussex, England. It made the headlines in tragic circumstances on 10 October 1986 when the bodies of two missing nine-year-old girls were found there. A local man called Russell Bishop was charged with their murders and acquitted the following year, though he has been in prison since 1990 serving a life sentence for a sex attack on a seven-year-old girl.

Hollingdean

Hollingdean is a part of the city of Brighton & Hove. Hollingdean is in effect the older part of Hollingbury south of the park. It is bounded by Ditchling Road to the west, the Round Hill area to the south, and Lewes Road and Moulsecoomb to the east. A mainly residential area, mostly a council estate, with late 19th and early 20th-century terraced houses towards the Fiveways, and some railway land, light industry, and warehousing.

Brighton Racecourse

Brighton Racecourse is an English horse racing course located a mile to the northeast of the centre of Brighton, Sussex owned by Northern Racing. It is situated on Whitehawk Hill, on the edge of the South Downs about four hundred feet above sea level and a mile from the coast. The track takes the form of a horseshoe one and a half miles in length. The finishing straight is about four furlongs in length, with a steep descent followed by a slightly less steep climb to the winning post.
