Clovelly Court

Clovelly Court is a privately owned country house situated in Clovelly, Devon. The house and adjacent stable block are Grade II listed buildings. The manor of Clovelly was for over 600 years owned by the Cary family but in 1738 the estate was sold to locally born Lincolns Inn lawyer Zachary Hamlyn. He replaced the old manor house with the new and present mansion in 1740. On his death he left the property to his nephew James Hammnet who changed his name to Hamlyn.

Clovelly Dykes

Clovelly Dykes is an Iron Age hill fort or earthwork near Clovelly, Devon, England. Situated on the high plateau behind the coast at approx 210 metres above sea level, it is one of the largest and most impressive Early Iron Age hill-forts in Devon. It is a complex series of earthworks covering more than 20 acres .

Lynbarn Railway

The Lynbarn Railway opened in 1995 as a park ride at The Milky Way, a family-based theme park attraction near Clovelly in north Devon, England. It was built and operated by enthusiast volunteers working to revive the Lynton and Barnstaple Railway (L&B) – a nearby historical line running through Exmoor.

Windbury Head

Windbury Head is the site of an Iron Age hill fort on the Hartland Peninsula, just north of Clovelly in North Devon, England. Most of the fort has been lost to coastal erosion, but the southern ramparts still exist at approximately 100 metres above sea level.
