Capital North East

Capital North East is an English regional radio station specialising in modern pop music, dance and R&B. The station is based in Wallsend, North Tyneside at the Silverlink Business Park, near the junction of the A1058 and the A19, 6 miles east of Newcastle City Centre. North Shields F.C

North Shields F.C. is a football club based in North Shields, England. They have reached the 2nd round of the FA Cup twice in their history – in 1933–34 and 1982–83. North Tyneside General Hospital

North Tyneside General Hospital, sometimes referred to as Rake Lane Hospital is part of Northumbria NHS Trust. It is closely associated with Wansbeck General Hospital in Ashington. Tynemouth Castle and Priory

Tynemouth Castle is located on a rocky headland (known as Pen Bal Crag), overlooking Tynemouth Pier . The moated castle-towers, gatehouse and keep are combined with the ruins of the Benedictine priory where early kings of Northumbria were buried. The coat of arms of the town of Tynemouth still includes three crowns commemorating the tradition that the Priory had been the burial place for three kings.

Meadow Well Metro station

Meadow Well Metro station is on the Tyne and Wear Metro in the UK. It was formerly called Smith's Park, and was a brand-new station built specifically for the Metro. The station is located on an estate where the Meadow Well Riots took place in 1991, and although the area has significantly improved since then, the estate still suffers from crime and social problems and the station has often been the scene of a number of criminal acts.
