A563 road
The A563 is the designation for Leicester's outer ring road, in England. Starting at the A6 in Oadby, the road progresses clockwise, passing between Knighton and Wigston (crossing the A5199 Welford Road), then to the south of Aylestone, then turning north by Fosse Shopping Park. It runs between M1, passing the A47 and then the A50. At Beaumont Leys it turns eastward.

Leicester Racecourse
Leicester Racecourse is a horse-racing course in Oadby, Leicestershire, England. The course is oval shaped and nearly 2 miles in extent. It was opened ante 1773. The course hosts both forms of British horse racing event: National Hunt, in which the horses race over fences or over hurdles, and Flat racing, in which the horses run an unobstructed distance. Prior to the 2009/10 National Hunt season, the open ditch, which was jumped as the fourth last fence, was moved to the home straight.

Situated on the south-east side of the city some two miles from the centre, Stoneygate is a mainly residential suburb characterised by its large Victorian houses. It straddles the London Road which connects Leicester with the town of Market Harborough and was formerly the main route for horse-drawn carriages between Leicester and London.
