Runcorn East railway station

Runcorn East railway station serves the eastern suburbs of Runcorn in Cheshire, England and offers trains to Warrington and Manchester and to Chester and North Wales. Halton Transport bus services operate from the station to Runcorn Old Town via Halton Lea and to Widnes. The station is also connected via Arriva bus service to the main Runcorn railway station, which has train service to London, Birmingham, Crewe and Liverpool via the West Coast Main Line.

Weaver Junction

Weaver Junction is a railway junction on the West Coast Main Line (WCML). It connects Ditton to the WCML via Runcorn Railway Bridge and opened on 1 April 1869. Trains bound for Liverpool from London diverge from the WCML at this junction. Weaver Junction is the oldest flying junction in Britain.

All Saints' Church, Daresbury

All Saints' Church, Daresbury, is in the village of Daresbury, Cheshire, England. It is known for its association with Lewis Carroll who is commemorated in its stained glass windows depicting characters from Alice's Adventures in Wonderland.
