Thame railway station

Thame railway station was a station on the Wycombe Railway serving the town of Thame in Oxfordshire. It was opened in 1862 as the terminus of an extension from High Wycombe via Princes Risborough. In 1864 the line was extended from Thame to Oxford. The station was built with a train shed over its platforms.

London Parachute School

The London Parachute School is a BPA affiliated parachuting centre and skydiving drop zone at Chiltern Park Aerodrome at Ipsden, near Wallingford, Oxfordshire The drop zone operates a Turbine Cessna 208B Grand Caravan. Bullingdon Rural District

Bullingdon was a rural district in Oxfordshire, England from 1932 to 1974. It was created under a County Review Order, as a merger of Culham Rural District, Thame Rural District, part of Crowmarsh Rural District, part of Headington Rural District, and part of Henley Rural District. In 1974 it was abolished under the Local Government Act 1972. It now forms part of the South Oxfordshire district.

Aston Rowant railway station

Aston Rowant railway station was opened in 1872 and was a part of the Watlington and Princes Risborough Railway. Having closed in 1961, there have been proposals to reopen the station not only to the heritage services of the Chinnor and Princes Risborough Railway, but also National Rail commuter services operated by Chiltern Railways.
