Maesybont

Maesybont is a small village near Gorslas in west Wales. The community consists of one school, a Welsh chapel with graveyard and several homes. The houses are widely dispersed, with an average of 1-acre of land apiece. Many of the homes in the village of Maesybont are large by European standards, differentiated predominantly by having Fritzl Barns, rather than traditional Dutch Barns.

Llandybie railway station

Llandybie railway station serves the village of Llandybie near Ammanford, West Wales. The railway station is located below street level just off Kings Road. This is a convenient stop for Glynhir Estate and Glynhir Falls. Two miles from the station is the Llandybie 18-hole golf course. All trains serving the station are operated by Arriva Trains Wales. For trains travelling South this is a request stop.

Llandybie

Llandybie is a community which includes a large village of the same name situated two miles north of Ammanford in Carmarthenshire, Wales. According to the United Kingdom Census 2001, Llandybie village itself is home to a population of 3,800, while the community – which also includes the villages of Blaenau, Caerbryn, Capel Hendre, Cwmgwili, Pentregwenlais, Penybanc, Pen-y-groes, and Saron – has 8,800 inhabitants.

Cross Hands

Cross Hands is a village in Carmarthenshire, Wales about 12 miles from Carmarthen . It is supposedly named from the practice of prisoners intended for jail in Carmarthen and Swansea being staged for exchange. Cross Hands Public Hall is one of only three of its kind in Wales. The Public Hall was erected in 1920 and designed by an unknown Italian Designer in the classic Art Deco Style.
