Mangonia Park, Florida

Mangonia Park is a town in Palm Beach County, Florida, United States. It is a part of Uptown West Palm, which also includes Riviera Beach & West Palm Beach. The population was 1,283 at the 2000 census. As of 2004, the population recorded by the U.S. Census Bureau was 1,289. The Town of Mangonia Park was established in 1947. It has a Town Manager-Town Council type of local government, with councilmembers elected to five "at-large" seats that serve three year staggered terms.

Mangonia Park (Tri-Rail station)

Mangonia Park Station is a Tri-Rail commuter rail station in Mangonia Park, Palm Beach County, Florida. This is currently the northernmost station of the commuter rail system. The station is located on 45th Street(CR 702), just west of North Australian Avenue (CR 704A), officially opening to service on October 28, 1996. Parking is available at the station.

The Port of Palm Beach is located in Riviera Beach, Florida, in Palm Beach County. The Port is an independent taxing district, with a five-member board of commissioners elected at large by voters within the district. The Port district covers a land area of 971 square miles or approximately fifty percent of the Palm Beach County area. Dunbar Village

Dunbar Village is a 246-unit public housing community located within the North Tamarind neighborhood of West Palm Beach, Florida. The community is directly east of North Tamarind Avenue, and borders the neighborhoods of Pleasant City and Northwood Pines. It is named after the late 19th and early 20th century poet, Paul Laurence Dunbar. The community was built from 1939 to 1940 for African Americans, and is alike to Liberty Square and Edison Courts in Miami for its "army barracks" configuration.
