Jacksonville Ice

Jacksonville Ice is a recreational ice rink in Jacksonville, Florida. In addition to skating lessons, figure skating teams and recreational ice hockey, it has also served as the home arena for two professional minor league hockey teams, the Jacksonville Bullets and the Jacksonville Barracudas. The facility served as the home arena for the Jacksonville Bullets, which were owned by Jacksonville Ice owner Bob Sabourin.

Douglas Anderson School of the Arts

Douglas Anderson School of the Arts (commonly known as "DA" or "DASOTA") is a magnet high school in the San Marco neighborhood of Jacksonville, Florida. The school opened in the 1922 as a primary school specifically for African American students. The school is named after local civil rights activist, Douglas Anderson. In 1985, the school was renovated into a magnet high school specializing in performing, visual and language arts.

Bishop Kenny High School

Bishop Kenny High School (commonly referred to as Bishop Kenny or BKHS) is a private, college-preparatory, coeducational Catholic high school in Jacksonville, Florida. It is located in and administered by the Roman Catholic Diocese of St. Augustine. The founder Archbishop Joseph Patrick Hurley established the school in 1952, following the merger of three previous Catholic high schools in the Jacksonville area.

Kings Avenue (JTA Skyway)

Kings Avenue is a station on the JTA Skyway. It is located on Onyx Street between Prudential Drive and Louisa Street, and is the southern terminus of the system. A nearby parking garage operated by the Jacksonville Transportation Authority can be reached by a walkway under Interstate 95. The next station in the line is Riverplace.

Treaty Oak (Jacksonville)

The Treaty Oak is an octopus-like Southern live oak (Quercus virginiana) in Jacksonville, Florida. The tree is estimated to be 250 years old and may be the single oldest living thing in Jacksonville, predating the founding of the city by Isaiah Hart during the 1820s.
