The Villages is a master-planned age-restricted retirement community located mainly in Sumter County, Florida, United States, but also includes portions of Lake and Marion counties. Wildwood (Amtrak station)

Wildwood is a former Amtrak station in Wildwood, Florida. The station is located on 601 North Main Street in Wildwood, Florida. Along with the northern terminus of Florida's Turnpike, the station gave Wildwood a reason to refer to itself as "The Crossroads of Florida. " The station was built in 1947 by the Seaboard Air Line Railroad, and is located on what is today CSX's S-Line, which runs along the west side of the building.

WVLG is a radio station licensed to Wildwood, Florida. WVLG broadcasts a mixed oldies and easy listening format, and is an affiliate of Fox News Radio. WVLG was previously owned by and founded by Senior Broadcasting which was owned by developers of The Villages retirement community. As such, it has its main studio at The Villages' Spanish Springs Town Square, with an auxiliary studio at Lake Sumter Landing Market Square.
