St. Mark's Episcopal Church (Hoosick Falls, New York)

St. Mark's Episcopal Church is located on Main Street in Hoosick Falls, New York, United States. It is a mid-19th century brick building. The congregation itself was founded in the 1830s. Architect Henry Dudley designed it according to the Ecclesiological principles of Episcopal church design, after English country parish churches, which they held to be the ideal for churches of that denomination. Uncharacteristically, he used brick rather than stone.

Walloomsac, New York is a location in New York State, on the Walloomsac River. It is to the east, and upstream, from North Hoosick, New York. It includes the Bennington Battlefield, which was fought on both sides of the river. It is located in the northeast part of the Town of Hoosick, in Rensselaer County. The nearest community is Hoosick Falls, to its southwest.

Pittstown is a town in Rensselaer County, New York, United States. The population was 5,735 at the 2010 census. It is in the northern part of the county. A small part of the north town line is Rensselaer County's border with Washington County, New York. Moving west, the Hoosic River defines the town's northwestern line to the crux of its border with the town of Schaghticoke, which juts south to form the western town line.
