Coupland, Texas

Coupland is an unincorporated community in Williamson County, Texas, United States. The population of the community was 1,290 at the 2010 census. Coupland is home to the famed Coupland Inn and Dancehall, an eatery, bed and breakfast, and dancehall which has been in the community for nearly 100 years. Couplands athletic teams are the "Cowboys. " The Coupland Independent School District serves area students. Coupland ISD serves grades K-8.

Thrall, Texas

Thrall is a city in Williamson County, Texas, United States. The population was 710 at the 2000 census, and 847 in the 2005 census estimate. By 2011, the population had grown to 898. The name Thrall was chosen for the community to honor the Rev. Homer S. Thrall, a Methodist minister and historian much admired by local settlers and residents. In 1998, the Thrall Varsity Baseball team won the A Texas state championship.
