Greater Bendigo National Park

Greater Bendigo is a national park in Victoria, Australia. Much of the park lies within the Bendigo Box-Ironbark Region Important Bird Area, identified as such by BirdLife International because of its importance for Swift Parrots and other woodland birds.

Thubten Shedrup Ling

Thubten Shedrup Ling is the first Tibetan Buddhist monastery in Australia. It is situated near Bendigo, Victoria, and is a member of the International Mahayana Institute of the FPMT. In 1994 Lama Zopa Rinpoche asked Australian Buddhist monk Ven. Thubten Gyatso to establish a monastery on land near Bendigo donated by the family of Mr. Ian Green.

Eaglehawk railway station

Eaglehawk is a railway station on the Swan Hill railway line in the Bendigo suburb of Eaglehawk, Victoria, Australia. The station is located on Hall Street and has a disused goods shed and crane. Eaglehawk is the terminus for some V/Line Bendigo line trains and is also the junction for the freight-only Eaglehawk - Inglewood line, which connects to the Robinvale and Kulwin lines.
