Hamilton Golf and Country Club

Hamilton Golf and Country Club is located in Ancaster, Ontario. The club began in 1894. Renowned English golf architect Harry Colt designed 18 of the current 27 holes in 1914, with Canadian golf architect Robbie Robinson adding a third nine in 1974. The club has hosted five Canadian Opens. The course was lengthened and renovated in the late 1990s, in preparation for the recent Opens.

Ancaster, Ontario

Ancaster is a picturesque and historic community located on the Niagara escarpment, within the greater area of the city of Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. This former town was founded officially in 1793 and was one of the oldest European communities established in present day Ontario along with Windsor (1749), Kingston (1780), St. Catharines (1787–89), Grimsby (1790), Niagara-on-the-Lake (1792) and Toronto (1793).

Hermitage Cascade is a 4-metre cascade waterfall located in the Dundas Valley Conservation Area in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. Its source is Hermitage Creek. Nearby attractions include the Bruce Trail, Griffin House, Dundas Valley Trail Centre, Hamilton Conservation Authority Main Office, Fieldcote Museum, historic Ancaster Town Hall (built in 1871). Tiffany Falls (Hamilton, Ontario)

Tiffany Falls is a 21 metre high ribbon waterfall located in the Tiffany Falls Conservation Area, just off of Wilson Street East, Ancaster, in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. Tiffany Falls was named after Dr. Oliver Tiffany, the district's first doctor. Born in Massachusetts, he studied medicine at the Philadelphia Medical College, and came to Ancaster Township in 1796. Best viewed in the early spring as it tends to dry up in the summer months.
