Sir Oliver Mowat Collegiate Institute is a public high school located in Toronto, located in south east Scarborough. The school was built in 1969 and named for Sir Oliver Mowat, a Father of Confederation and former Ontario premier. The school is located near the intersection of Port Union Road and Lawrence Avenue East. The school mascot was originally named after the Queen's University Golden Gaels.

Rouge Hill GO Station

Rouge Hill is a train and bus station in the GO Transit network located at 6251 Lawrence Avenue East, near the former Port Union station in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Rouge Park

Rouge Park is a park located in the Rouge River watershed, along the border of Toronto and Pickering, Ontario, Canada. An effort has been made to nationalize it; if successful, the park will be Canada's first national park within a municipality. The lands now in the park were once home to resorts and cottages from the late 19th century to the 1950s.

Pickering—Scarborough East

Pickering—Scarborough East is a federal electoral district in Ontario, Canada, that has been represented in the Canadian House of Commons since 2004. The district was created in 2003 from 44.1% of Pickering—Ajax—Uxbridge, 39.7% of Scarborough East, and 0.1% of Scarborough—Rouge River ridings. The district consists of the southwest part of the city of Pickering and the southeast part of the Scarborough district of Toronto.
